Tech Mahindra Hiring Fresher/ Experienced graduates with good knowledge on ITIL /Service Desk with good communication skills and expertise on Desktop support/application support to handle customers for the role of  Technical Support Associate.

Job Designation : Technical Support Associate

Salary : Upto 3. LPA

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Skill Set :

  1. Good knowledge on ITIL /Service Desk with good communication skills.
  2. Experience on Desktop support/application support.
  3. Exposure on ticketing tools.
  4. Aware of PC/Laptop troubleshooting Both Hardware & Software.
  5. Knowledge of networking and support.
  6. Additional knowledge on Thermal printers or Spectrometers will be advantageous.
  7. Knowledge on ITIL framework.
  8. Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  9. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  10. Excellent communication skills.
  11. No certifications or in-depth Technical requirements are needed.
  12. Candidates to have International Voice Process background.

Job Description :

  1. Responsible for responding to customer requests, including but not limited to, answering calls via phone and providing after hours on call support for troubleshooting technical issues.
  2. Support end-user devices/peripherals, including but not limited to computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, data processing and security.
  3. Support activities include supporting end-users accepting IT break-fix requests from customers across multiple entry points, providing IT break/fix issue resolution or escalation of the issue to the appropriate team.
  4. Communication issues between paint dispensers and the PC
  5. Color match machines in the Paint department are having calibration issues.
  6. PC losing network connectivity.
  7. Issues within selling tools and software.
