Designation – Customer Care Executive

• Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat
– Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
– Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:
– Excellent written communication skills
– Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Prior experience in a chat process role is preferred

Location – Noida

Work from office

Both side cab facilities available

Rotational shifts and week offs

Salary – Upto 4.7 LPA (as per the experience)
