Skill Set :

1. Good customer handling skills.
2. Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
3. Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
4. Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month
5. Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
6. No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
7. 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break
8. Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy

Job Description :

1. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Overseeing the customer service process.
3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
4. Establishing a positive relationship with all clients and customers in person.
5. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
