Job description :
- Receive, document and track customer complaints via phone, email and any other source
- Investigate and analyze complaints to understand the root cause and identify potential solutions
- Communicate with customers to empathetically understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Liaise with internal team and partners to resolve customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of complaints and their resolution for reporting and analysis purposes
- Identify trends in complaints and provide feedback to relevant departments to improve products or services
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the complaint resolution process and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
