Job description :
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent communication skills in English to effectively address customer concerns.
- Work in an international BPO environment with exposure to diverse cultures and time zones.
- Participate in blended processes where you will be required to work on both inbound voice process and non-voice tasks (email/chat).
