Teradata is looking for a Application Security Engineer to join our team ready to work in a challenging environment taking on various projects deploying leading security solutions and managing security technologies. We are interested in an experienced, motivated, self-starter who knows what to do to make infosec projects successful and can execute and deliver with minimal oversight.
Job Designation : Application Security Software Engineer
Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
Experience : Freshers/Experienced
Skill Set :
- Good understanding of one/more programming languages such as C, C++, Java/ . Net/ Python.
- Familiar with data analytics or databases such as SQL/ Oracle/ Teradata etc.
- Should have understanding and/or experience of software development best practices and software development life cycle.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google).
- Good communication skills.
Job Description :
- write and test code, refining and rewriting it as necessary and communicate with any programmers involved in the project
- research, design and write new software programs (e.g. business applications or computer games) and computer operating systems
- evaluate the software and systems that make computers and hardware work
- develop existing programs by analysing and identifying areas for modification
- integrate existing software products and get incompatible platforms to work together
