Job Description :

1. o Working with team, business and other stakeholders to gather and consolidate business / functional requirements.
2. Assisting with business case and process flow development,
3. Assisting with determination of how proposed developments / changes may impact ongoing business operations.
4. Determining user readiness and potential training requirements,
5. Developing and implementing new feature testing procedures,
6. Monitoring feature performance and troubleshooting emerging issues, and Supporting quality assurance assessments / evaluations.
7. Develops and maintains relevant documentation.
8. Gains understanding of and ensures adherence to company standards.
9. Develops positive working relationships with relevant teams, vendors and other relevant stakeholders
