1. Sound programming knowledge of C#, .NET, Java.
2. Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
3. Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
4. Familiar with JavaScript, NodeJS, Docker.
5. Aptitude to learn new technologies and work in a fast paced environment.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Job Description:

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and related technologies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards and software development practices.
4. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
5. Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to validate the functionality and performance of backend systems.
6. Optimize backend code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
