Job Designation : Backend Operations Processor

Qualification : Graduates

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 3 years

Skill Set :

  1. Back office/Data handling or data management knowledge.
  2. Strong Process Knowledge.
  3. Excellent Consulting Skills, Client Knowledge And Client Service.
  4. Basic knowledge in Excel and on computer.
  5. Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
  6. Adaptability and Flexibility, Coaching and Recognition, Cross-cultural Competence
  7. Should be excellent in English communication skills.
  8. Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
  9. Takes ownership and responsibility for work assigned.
  10. Highly Self Motivated and a team Player
  11. Analytical approach & logical skills with attention to detail
  12. Should be flexible to WFO (Work from Office).
  13. Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts (Including night shifts).
  14. Need immediate joiners.
  15. Working days- 5 Days a week with 2 days of rotational week off.

Job Summary :

The Processor (Team Member) is responsible for developing superior understanding of client plan provisions, identify opportunities for knowledge enhancement and deliver to high standards of quality and timeliness.

  1. Prioritizes work as required in order to effectively respond to client needs
  2. Demonstrates sound understanding of client plan provisions by asking questions and responding to client needs in a timely fashion
  3. Ensures knowledge of client plan provisions and supporting documentation is current and updated
  4. Follows all predefined procedures, adheres to all the process guidelines and ensures that performance parameters are met and/ or exceeded against SLA targets
  5. Participates & contributes in daily huddles and status meetings
  6. Ensures on-time and accurate delivery of all tasks as per Service Level Agreements
  7. Adaptability and Flexibility, Coaching and Recognition, Cross-cultural Competence
  8. Delivers on new/ adhoc tasks in order to meet client/ internal goals promptly
  9. Seeks and accepts feedback from coaches & mentors to enhance knowledge and capabilities
  10. Creates/ updates SOP where and when required . Work with other supporting groups to enhance procedures and eliminate wastage.
