Wipro looking for fresher Associate Analyst with good communication skills, having proficient  knowledge on Trade life cycle and capital markets along with various financials products.

Qualification : Graduates

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 1 year

Skill Set :

  1. Good knowledge of one/more programming languages such as C, C++, Java/ . Net/ Python.
  2. Good understanding of reference data and market regulatory terms.
  3. Should have extensive experience in Capital markets especially leading front to back Securities operations across various products at scale.
  4. Good knowledge on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  5. Preferable knowledge on Trade life cycle and capital markets along with various financials products
  6. Basic understanding of various risks associated with capital market operations with an ability to preempt potential risks.
  7. Strong interpersonal, Good written and spoken communication skills.
  8. Should have extensive experience in Capital markets especially leading front to back Securities operations across various products at scale.
  9. Should be good team player

Job Description :

The purpose of this role is to interpret data and turn into information (reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations etc) which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions.

Managing the technical scope of the project in line with the requirements at all stages

  1. Gather information from various sources (data warehouses,database, data integration and modelling) and interpret patterns and trends
  2. Develop record management process and policies
  3. Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the client base and understand their requirements.
  4. Providing sales data, proposals, data insights and account reviews to the client base
  5. Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
  6. Set up and maintain automated data processes
  7. Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
  8. Produce and track key performance indicators

Analyze the data sets and provide adequate information

  1. Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content.
  2. Design and carry out surveys and analyze survey data as per the customer requirement.
  3. Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to customer’s business and prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
  4. Create data dashboards, graphs and visualization to showcase business performance and also provide sector and competitor benchmarking.
  5. Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.
  6. Develop predictive models and share insights with the clients as per their requirement.

Stakeholder Interaction

  1. Regular reporting & updates with Project Manager/ Database Lead internally.
  2. Client engagement, reviews etc with clients externally.
