Job Designation : Customer Service Representative

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 2 years

Skill Set : 

  1. Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)
  2. Familiar with Project management and Quality management.
  3. Back office/Data handling or data management knowledge.
  4. Strong Process Knowledge.
  5. Understanding of UK Saving and Retirement plans
  6. Fixed evening shift (5 days working). Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off.
  7. Excellent English communication skills.

Job Description :

  1. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality standards, analyzing, and resolving client’s problems, and recommending system improvements.
  2. Defines objectives, identifies, and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.
  3. Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  4. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  5. Adhere compliance and generate control reports.
  6. Generate statutory reporting per country requirement.
  7. Audit Management – Active participation in internal/external audits
  8. Escalation management
  9. Generating scheduled/ ad-hoc reports
