1. Good knowledge of AI/ML, Data annotations, labelling.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Sound knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.).
4. Good Computer knowledge.
5. Aurora labelling knowledge will be an added advantage.
6. Should adhere to the company policies.
7. Should have good typing speed.
8. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.

Job Description :

1. Comprehending the Customer complaints and User generated tickets.
2. Data Annotation and Labelling (2D & 3D) as per Policy Guidelines / LIDAR image labelling.
3. Consistently exceed productivity and Quality.
4. Should be able to provide updates/best practice sharing to the team.
5. Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
6. Handle customer inquiry functions.
7. should be punctual and should posses proactive approach.
8. Keeping a great relationship with all the Client.
