Experience : Freshers / 0 – 3 years
Skill Set :
- Strong customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Analytical approach & logical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interpersonal skills and team player.
- Should be flexible to WFO (Work from Office).
- Should be flexible to work in night shift.
- Need immediate joiners.
- Working days- 5 Days a week with 2 days of off.
Job description :
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent communication skills in English to effectively address customer concerns.
- Work in an international BPO environment with exposure to diverse cultures and time zones.
- Participate in blended processes where you will be required to work on both inbound voice process and non-voice tasks (email/chat).
- Meet performance targets set by the company for quality assurance metrics such as AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition etc.
