Job Designation : Associate Backoffice

Qualification : Graduates

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 2 years

Skill Set :

1. Back office/Data handling or data management knowledge.
2. Strong Process Knowledge.
3. Multi-platform savviness and understanding.
4. Basic knowledge in Excel and on computer.
5. Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
6. Familiar with Project management and Quality management.
7. Should be excellent in English communication skills.
8. A high attention to detail and keen eye for errors.
9. Analytical approach & logical skills with attention to detail
10. Should be flexible to WFO (Work from Office).
11. Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts (Including night shifts).
12. Need immediate joiners.
13. Working days- 5 Days a week with 2 days of rotational week off.
14. Education – Only arts and Science Graduates ( 2020,2021,2022)

Job Summary :

1. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality standards, analyzing, and resolving client’s problems, and recommending system improvements.
2. Defines objectives, identifies, and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.
3. Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
4. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
5. Adhere compliance and generate control reports.
6. Generate statutory reporting per country requirement.
7. Audit Management – Active participation in internal/external audits
8. Escalation management
9. Generating scheduled/ ad-hoc reports
