Skill Set :

  1. Sound SAP PP/QM programming skills.
  2. Basic knowledge of customers’ business domain and technology suite.
  3. Good knowledge of programming languages and software testing.
  4. Basic knowledge of Documentation involved in projects like BBP and Solution Design, FS, Test Scripts, and Timesheets.
  5. Basic knowledge of management processes and tools requirement analysis process, tools and methodologies.
  6. Good problem-solving skills.
  7. Good communication skills.

Job Description :

  1. Plan, set up, and execute the SAP PP/QM module for our pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
  2. Acquire expertise in production planning and execution master data, such as BOMs, Work Centres, and Routings.
  3. Work together with diverse teams to define needs, create solutions, and implement new SAP PP/QM processes.
  4. Develop functional specs, test strategies, and user guides in line with pharmaceutical industry standards.
  5. Provide support for daily production tasks by addressing SAP PP/QM module issues, like production orders and quality control.
  6. Conduct training sessions for SAP PP/QM module users and super-users.
  7. Keep informed about SAP PP/QM module updates and suggest enhancements or upgrades.
  8. Perform regular audits of the SAP PP/QM module to ensure adherence to company policies.
  9. Ensure that quality management activities comply with established procedures, including inspections.
  10. Establish and manage quality control plans, inspection lots, and sampling procedures in SAP QM.
  11. Handle quality notifications and collaborate on resolving quality concerns with relevant teams.
  12. Engage in continuous improvement efforts to boost quality and productivity.
