Qualification :  Graduate

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 1 Years

Skill Set :

1. Sound knowledge of CRM tools like SAP, FICO etc.
2. Basic knowledge of customers’ business domain and technology suite.
3. Good knowledge of programming languages and software testing.
4. Basic knowledge of Documentation involved in projects like BBP and Solution Design, FS, Test Scripts, and Timesheets.
5. Basic knowledge of management processes and tools requirement analysis process, tools and methodologies.
6. Good problem-solving skills.
7. Good communication skills.

Job Description :

1. Perform as an individual contributor with fair degree of accountability with minimum assistance.
2. Execute unit testing to ensure the accuracy of his/her developments.
3. Realize the development/requirement as per the technical specification provided.
4. Adhere to all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organizations guidelines.
5. Participate in all nominated trainings and proactively work on self-improvement and development.
6. Able to extract functional and non-functional requirements and document a system/software specification for low to medium complexity scenarios.
7. Can use latest technology and handle customer escalations.
8. Able to perform unit testing and perform comparison testing for rehosting and report testing status.
9. Document defects identified and perform defect fix and execute automation test scripts/manual test cases as per test plan and record findings.
10. Identify and report defects/ deviations from expected results.
