  5. Strong knowledge of BI platforms, along with experience in data management (data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling).

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.   4. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product management and development teams.
  5. Provide regular updates to management on support trends and customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and functionalities.
  7. Conduct system testing to replicate customer issues and identify solutions.
  8. Conduct training sessions/ product demonstration for customers on using the payment gateway effectively.
  9. Develop internal training materials to keep the support team updated on new features and changes.
