Job Description :
As a Data Developer, you will design, build, and implement critical processes for the subscription-based billing system. This person will partner with teams including e-commerce, Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, Data engineering, etc to architect solutions. The ideal candidate needs to have a thorough understanding of PL/SQL and relational world. SaaS/Subscription business models using cloud-native technologies. - Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL code, writing complex queries and optimizing them for performance and efficiency.
- Ensure the integrity, performance, and security of PL/SQL applications while performing data modeling and relational database design.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate them with REST-based APIs.
- Oversee database schema design, indexing, and partitioning to optimize performance. Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency.
- Conduct regular database audits and maintenance tasks, including backups, restores, and migrations.
- Be open to working within a closed-stack system built on the Zuora Platform, supporting customer subscription and billing journey management for SaaS products.
