What you'll do
- Gain understanding of the application test procedures and how to use applicable software and tools.
- Execute test instructions and report test results accurately and promptly.
- Report any deviations observed.
- Understand any changes in test instructions related to their assigned work.
- Follow defined processes to perform assigned work.
- Will require to work on Shift timings based on business requirement.
- Analyze test logs to identify patterns and trends.
- Collaborate with developers to clarify defect details.
- Maintain test case documentation and update it as needed.
- Perform basic data checks using SQL and record findings.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and use testing tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Adaptability to shift‑based work schedules.
- Clear written and spoken English, because the work is explained, reviewed and handed over in writing.
- The ability to work in a team, take feedback on your work and act on it.
- Willingness to learn the tools and the process this role uses, and to ask when something is unclear.
