What AltiGrad checks โ€” and why it matters

Every question maps to a real reason freshers get rejected.

Goal & direction

Without a named target role every application is a guess. We start there, then list the roles that fit the track you chose.

CV & profile

An ATS-unfriendly resume never reaches a human. We check tailoring, keywords and readiness.

Skills & proof of work

Skills without visible projects are unverifiable. We weight projects heavily so the roadmap prioritises real proof.

Communication

Spoken English confidence decides most fresher interviews. It is scored on its own, and it caps the total score until it improves.

Plan & consistency

A written weekly plan is the difference between six months of trying and six weeks of progress. The check asks what your week actually looks like.

Applications & follow-up

Applying is the part you control. The check counts tailored applications in the last thirty days, and whether you track them.

Your score was free. The plan that raises it is one free account away.

AltiGrad scores every visitor without asking for anything โ€” that is the point of it, and it is why the number comes first. What sits below this line is built from your own answers, so it is saved to an account rather than shown to the whole internet.

One free account opens:

  • ๐ŸŽฏ The ranked list of what to work on, in the order that actually moves the number
  • ๐Ÿ—บ The role roadmaps โ€” software, data, core engineering, trades, banking and accounts, sales and BPO, teaching, creative work and government exams
  • ๐Ÿงญ The guidance around them: resume and ATS, portfolio, daily practice, interviews, networking, applications, checking a job is real, and reading an offer
  • ๐Ÿ’ผ The roles your profile fits, linked to live openings
  • โœ… Your week-by-week plan, the application tracker, and progress that is still there next week
  • โœฆ The optional AI read of your own answers, and your dashboard history

AltiGrad โ€” frequently asked questions

Is AltiGrad really free?

Yes. All ten questions, your score, all ten area bars, your three biggest blockers and today's first action are free, with no sign-up and no email. What is built from them โ€” the ranked list, the best-fit roles with their fit scores, the twelve-week plan and the roadmaps โ€” opens with one free account, so it can be saved to you and picked up again next week.

How is the score calculated?

Ten areas, one evidence question each โ€” clarity, eligibility and documents, skills, proof of work, resume, profiles, communication, interview practice, applications and consistency โ€” weighted by how much each one decides a hiring decision. Some answers also set a ceiling on the total, every ceiling is shown with the one action that lifts it, and no answer is scored twice.

Where is my data stored, and who sees it?

In this website's own database: your answers, your score, your plan, and โ€” only if you create an account โ€” your name, email and optional mobile number. It is not sold and not shared with advertisers.

You can download or delete everything we hold from your dashboard, or by asking us through the contact page. We keep results until you delete them, so a retake can be compared with the last one.

How often should I retake it?

Every four weeks. The plan targets the single area costing you most, so the number should move visibly each time โ€” and a retake after four weeks is the point where we re-plan around what changed.
