India’s fresher IT hiring grew 18% in the latest quarter and demand for entry-level talent keeps rising. Wipro, TCS and Infosys have announced mass hiring drives for the 2026 batch, and NASSCOM reports AI and data analyst roles for freshers are up 2.4x year-on-year.
