Is everything on Way2Fresher really free?
Yes. The Career Pulse readiness check, the personalised roadmap, the ATS resume builder, the practice sets and every job listing are free to use. You can take the readiness check without even creating an account — you only sign in when you want to keep your report and come back to it. Premium membership exists for employers and for candidates who want mentor sessions and priority referrals, and nothing a fresher needs to get shortlisted sits behind it.
What is Career Pulse, and is it just another quiz?
It is a structured evaluation, not a quiz. It scores fifteen criteria that actually decide fresher hiring — your target role, education, technical skills, proof of work, communication, resume readiness, network, plan and consistency — and turns them into a readiness score out of 100. More useful than the number: it tells you which three things are holding your score down, and gives you a roadmap in three horizons (what to fix this month, this quarter, this year).
I have no skills and no projects yet. Is it too early to use it?
That is exactly who it is for. A zero-skill visitor still gets a score, still gets area-by-area feedback and still gets a roadmap — one that starts at the first week, not at a level you have to already be at. Come back after a month and take it again; the score moves when your preparation moves.
Do I need to sign up to see my score?
No. Answer the questions and you see your score, your readiness band, the area-by-area breakdown and what to work on first. Creating a free account unlocks the full report card, the role-by-role guidance, the complete roadmap and your saved history.
Where do the jobs come from?
Listings are collected from company career pages and official hiring feeds, then published with the employer name, location, experience level, salary where it is disclosed, and a direct link to apply. We do not charge you to apply and we never ask for a fee on behalf of an employer.
Should I apply through Way2Fresher or on the company site?
Always follow the listing to the employer or their official application page — that is where your application actually gets read. Use your account to save the listing so you can track what you applied to and when.
How do I get better at interviews?
Start with the Career Portal: mock interview sets, aptitude practice, HR question banks and salary guides, all free. Then take the roadmap you got from Career Pulse and follow the interview section of it week by week. Practice out loud, with a friend or on camera — reading answers silently does not transfer to the room.
