Using the site
Way2Fresher is a career readiness and job discovery service. Everything on it is provided to help you prepare for and find work. You may browse it, use the Career Pulse check and build resumes for your own job search. You may not scrape the site, resell its content, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done with your account. Give accurate information — your report and your roadmap are only as useful as the answers behind them. One person, one account.
Job listings
Listings are compiled from employer career pages and hiring feeds and are checked before publication, but we do not control them and we cannot guarantee that a role is still open, that the employer will respond, or that the salary shown is final. Always confirm details with the employer. We never charge a candidate a fee to apply for a job. If anyone asks you for money on behalf of an employer or agency through this site, report it to us immediately.
Career Pulse is guidance, not a guarantee
The readiness score and roadmap are an honest assessment built from what you tell us. They are guidance, not a promise of employment, and they are not professional career, legal or financial advice.
Resumes you build
Your resume content remains yours. You grant us permission to store it so you can come back and edit it, and to process it (including with automated tools) to give you suggestions and an ATS score. We do not publish it, and we do not share it with employers unless you ask us to.
Content and copyright
The site design, our guides, the Career Pulse questions, scoring and roadmap content belong to Way2Fresher. Company names, logos and job descriptions belong to their owners and appear here for identification and hiring purposes.
Limits
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, including a missed application or an employer decision. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
