How is the score calculated?

Every area is scored separately, then weighted by how much it actually moves a hiring decision — skills, proof of work and interview readiness count most. Some answers also set a ceiling on the total: with nothing to show a recruiter, or no interview preparation at all, the report caps your score and tells you exactly why, so the number stays honest.

Where is my data stored?

On this website only. Your name, email, mobile number, answers and score are saved in this site's own database so you can track your progress — never sold or shared.

How often should I retake it?

Every 4 weeks. Stage 1 of the roadmap targets the single area costing you most, so your score should move visibly each time.
